Ariela heads up Magpie’s Leadership Team as Executive Director. She is an education leader with more than two decades of experience at the helm of national organizations. She has led and scaled multiple organizations, including serving as CEO of TNTP from 2007-2015. Ariela is also a co-founder of EdNavigator, helping grow it from an early-stage idea into a national organization supporting thousands of families in navigating their children’s education. Most recently, she served on a small team engaged by the U.S. Department of Education to support the turnaround and delivery of the FAFSA. Ariela brings a track record of transformational leadership and a steadfast focus on delivering results for students and families nationwide.
