Service Providers

Last Updated: September 12, 2024

Magpie Literacy uses service providers which may store, process, transmit, or have access to learning application data and/or which help support the operations of our learning applications. That data may include personal information about educators, administrators, and students who use the learning application and/or services supporting the learning applications.

We also use service providers which do not ordinarily and generally process learning application data, but might under some incidental circumstances process that information.

We use service providers that may process personal information that is not processed as part of the learning applications or services related to those learning applications (such as information not processed as part of the learning application services and not for educational purposes).

We also use service providers that do not process personal information from learning applications.

We use service providers to help us provide, maintain, protect, market, and improve our services.

When we use service providers who do, or may incidentally, process personal information we take steps designed to assess their security and privacy practices and we enter into written agreements with them requiring them to process learning application and services data on our behalf in accordance with our instructions and appropriate confidentiality, security, and privacy requirements. These service providers will only have access to the information they need to provide the services they support.

We have listed our current service providers who will, or may incidentally, process personal information, the general type of data they process for us and the service they provide.

This list may change over time, and we’ll work hard to keep it up-to-date. If you have any questions, please contact us: info@magpie.org
