Rebecca, Magpie’s Chief of Staff, began her career as a special education teacher, working across K–8 settings in New York City and Oregon. She went on to design and lead teacher coaching and professional development initiatives across the PK–12 landscape, with a focus on early childhood education, diverse learners, and educator credentialing and master’s-level partnerships aimed at improving instructional quality. After a decade with national nonprofits, Rebecca launched her own educational consulting practice, where she specialized in executive coaching, support for diverse learners, and nonprofit strategy. She also partnered with Magpie before stepping into her current role. Rebecca is deeply committed to advancing equity for all learners and to helping people build the clarity, strategy, and tools needed to achieve the outcomes that matter most.
